Céline Dion officially returned to the stage on Saturday, Sept. 12, 2026, opening her Paris residency at the Plenitude Arena in Nanterre, France. The concert marked her first full show in more than six years and lasted approximately two hours and 25 minutes.
The opening-night setlist featured 25 songs, with Dion performing a predominantly French-language program alongside several of her biggest English-language hits. She opened with “On Ne Change Pas,” followed by “Destin,” “Because You Loved Me” and “Encore un soir.”
The early portion of the show continued with “Les Derniers Seront Les Premiers,” “Tous l’or des hommes,” “The Power of Love,” “My Heart Will Go On,” “Beauty and the Beast” and “The Chase.” She then performed “J’irai où tu iras,” “Ne Bouge Pas” and “Dans un autre monde.”
Dion also delivered a medley featuring “I Feel Love,” “I’m Alive,” “That’s the Way It Is” and “Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This),” before moving into “Let’s Dance” and “Un garçon pas comme les autres.”
The latter part of the concert included “Courage,” “Love Can Move Mountains,” “The Prayer,” “It’s All Coming Back to Me Now,” “Je chanterai,” “J’irai où tu iras,” “All by Myself,” “Pour que tu m’aimes encore” and “S’il suffisait d’aimer.”
The setlist also featured “Dansons,” Dion’s new song written by Jean-Jacques Goldman, as part of the Paris comeback performances. The singer’s opening night combined material from across her French- and English-language catalog while introducing her latest live era.
Dion’s Paris residency is scheduled to continue through October 2026 before returning for additional performances in 2027. Reports indicate that the residency expanded to 26 shows following overwhelming ticket demand.
