Blake Shelton celebrated his wife Gwen Stefani’s 57th birthday with a romantic tribute shared on Instagram over the weekend. Stefani marked her birthday on Oct. 3, and Shelton commemorated the occasion with a series of photos of the couple together.
“The best there is!!!!!! Everyone wish @gwenstefani a happy birthday!!!! I love you pretty girl!!!” Shelton wrote alongside the photos. The images showed the couple embracing, spending time together outdoors and posing during different moments of their relationship.

Stefani also shared a glimpse of her birthday celebration on Instagram Stories, including the gift Shelton gave her. The present was a sparkling necklace featuring the number “11,” a detail that appears to reference the number of years the couple have been together.
Shelton and Stefani first met while working as coaches on “The Voice” in 2014. Their friendship developed into a romantic relationship the following year, and they publicly confirmed their romance in 2015.
The couple became engaged in October 2020 before marrying on July 3, 2021, at Shelton’s ranch in Tishomingo, Oklahoma. “The Voice” host Carson Daly officiated the ceremony, which was attended by family and close friends.
The pair have also collaborated musically throughout their relationship. Their recordings together include “Nobody But You,” “Happy Anywhere” and “Purple Irises,” with the latter released in 2024 as part of Stefani’s continued solo work.
In July, Shelton and Stefani celebrated their fifth wedding anniversary. Shelton shared photographs from their wedding and wrote about how their relationship had continued to grow, while Stefani shared footage from the ceremony and referred to Shelton as her “forever.”
The birthday celebration comes shortly after the couple announced the death of their 18-year-old dog, Betty. Stefani shared memories of Betty on social media, including footage of the dog with Shelton and Stefani’s children, as well as an appearance in the couple’s “Nobody But You” music video.
Shelton and Stefani have continued to make joint appearances and remain connected to “The Voice,” where their relationship began. The pair recently reunited with fellow original coaches Adam Levine and CeeLo Green and host Carson Daly to mark the show’s 30th season.
