Taylor Swift celebrated husband Travis Kelce’s first touchdown of the 2026 NFL season by pointing to her wedding ring during the Kansas City Chiefs’ game against the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday, Sept. 20. Swift was watching from a suite at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City as Kelce scored in the first quarter.
Video from the game showed Swift jumping out of her seat and pointing toward her wedding ring as Kelce reached the end zone. She appeared to mouth or shout, “That’s my husband,” while celebrating with members of her family and Kelce’s family.
Swift attended the game alongside her parents, Andrea and Scott Swift, and Kelce’s mother, Donna Kelce. The appearance marked her second Chiefs game of the 2026 season after she also attended Kansas City’s season-opening victory over the Denver Broncos on Sept. 14.
Kelce’s touchdown came during a prime-time matchup with the Colts. He caught a pass from quarterback Patrick Mahomes and ran into the end zone in the first quarter, giving him his first touchdown of the season. The Chiefs eventually won the game 33-30 in overtime.
The game also became a milestone night for Kelce statistically. He recorded 67 yards after the catch, bringing his career total to 6,288 yards and moving him past Hall of Famer Marshall Faulk for the NFL record for career receiving yards after the catch.
Swift’s appearance came shortly after the couple were seen together at Kansas City quarterback Patrick Mahomes’ 31st birthday celebration. She has continued attending Chiefs games during the opening weeks of the NFL season following her marriage to Kelce earlier this year.
For the game, Swift wore a Kansas City Chiefs red tank top with jeans and accessorized with her wedding ring and other jewelry. Her celebration after Kelce’s touchdown quickly circulated online as footage from the Arrowhead Stadium suite spread across social media.
Kelce entered the 2026 season after another productive campaign with the Chiefs, while Swift has continued balancing her music career with appearances at his games. Her latest stadium appearance came just days before the 2026 MTV Video Music Awards, where she is scheduled to receive the inaugural Artist Director Honors.
