This marks Swift’s sixth album to surpass six million units, joining the ranks of her self-titled debut (2006), “Fearless” (2008), “Speak Now” (2010), “Red” (2012), and “1989” (2014). The latest certification follows a strategic sales boost over Black Friday weekend when Swift released deluxe CD and vinyl editions of “The Tortured Poets Department: The Anthology” exclusively through Target. Fans could also purchase “The Eras Tour Book”, a 256-page memoir featuring photos and commentary from Swift on her record-breaking global tour.
