Cardi B has shared her youngest son’s full name and the first public photos of his face. The rapper marked his first birthday on Wednesday, November 4, with a personal tribute that introduced him as Grey Marsean Diggs.
The birthday celebration followed a Grey’s Anatomy theme. Cardi shared several photos from the occasion on Instagram and addressed her son as Grey M.D. in her caption. She also reflected on the period surrounding her pregnancy and the strength motherhood gave her.
Cardi wrote that carrying Grey through an uncertain and high-pressure time gave her extra strength. She also described how his smile and personality brighten her life. The message offered a rare personal glimpse into a part of her family life she had kept private.
The rapper and NFL player Stefon Diggs welcomed their son on November 4, 2025. Before the birthday announcement, Cardi had referred to him through nicknames such as “Baby Brim” and “Baby Touchdown”. His name and face had remained out of the public eye
Grey is Cardi’s fourth child. She also shares three children with rapper Offset: Kulture, Wave and Blossom. The birthday post therefore marked a new moment for fans who had followed the pregnancy and birth while the rapper chose to keep her youngest child’s identity private.
