Vaundy is taking his music beyond Japan with his first Asian arena tour, Vaundy ASIA ARENA TOUR 2026 “HORO,” which began Sept. 5 with two sold-out performances at Makuhari Messe in Chiba. The tour is continuing across East Asia, with stops in Seoul, Hong Kong, Fukuoka and Taipei. The Japanese word “HORO” means “wandering,” reflecting the international direction of the tour.
The 26-year-old singer-songwriter entered the Asian tour after completing Vaundy DOME TOUR 2026 “SILENCE,” which made him the youngest male solo artist in Japan to perform a four-major-dome tour. The seven-show run across Fukuoka, Tokyo, Osaka and Sapporo attracted more than 350,000 people.
Demand has also followed Vaundy outside Japan. His two Seoul performances at INSPIRE ARENA on Sept. 19 and 20 sold out immediately, with the venue holding approximately 15,000 people. The official tour schedule also lists the Oct. 3 Hong Kong show at AsiaWorld-Arena, followed by performances in Fukuoka and Taipei, with those dates marked sold out on Vaundy’s official site.
Vaundy has built an extensive catalog since emerging with “Tokyo Flash” in 2019. According to Billboard Japan, 19 of his songs have surpassed 100 million streams, including “Tokyo Flash,” “Time Paradox,” “Hadaka no Yusha” and “CHAINSAW BLOOD.” His 2020 single “Kaiju no Hanauta” has passed 1.1 billion cumulative streams.
While several of Vaundy’s songs have reached international listeners through anime projects, his music has also gained traction independently of those connections. “Odoriko,” in particular, has become his most-listened-to song across Asia, according to Billboard Japan’s report, showing another route through which his music has reached listeners outside the country.
His catalog moves across J-pop, Japanese kayokyoku, British rock, club music and hip-hop. In November 2025, Vaundy expanded that range with “Kiseki,” his first full orchestral arrangement, recorded at Abbey Road Studios. He has also worked across the visual side of his projects, directing music videos and contributing to artwork and merchandise under his identity as a multi-creator.
Live performances have become another major part of Vaundy’s career. His 2022 two-night run at Nippon Budokan received more than 150,000 ticket applications for a combined capacity of 26,000, while his 2024–2025 “FUSION” arena tour drew 76,000 people over two nights at Saitama Super Arena in stadium mode.
The current “HORO” performances feature Vaundy with a live band, with songs including “Kaiju no Hanauta” and “CHAINSAW BLOOD” generating audience singalongs. His live album, Vaundy DOME TOUR 2026 “SILENCE” LIVE SELECTION from TOKYO DOME, was released Sept. 4, documenting his Tokyo Dome performance ahead of the Asian arena tour.
The Asia tour is continuing Sept. 19 and 20 in Seoul before moving to Hong Kong on Oct. 3, Fukuoka on Oct. 24 and 25, and Taipei on Oct. 31 and Nov. 1. Vaundy’s official schedule also lists a Shanghai performance for Nov. 14 as canceled. Beyond the Asian dates, a 30-date Japanese arena tour is scheduled for 2027.
