The Weeknd’s After Hours Til Dawn Tour Surpasses $1.3 Billion Setting New Touring Record

The Weeknd has made history with his After Hours Til Dawn Stadium Tour. The global run has officially become the highest-grossing tour by a male artist, surpassing $1.3 billion in revenue, according to promoter Live Nation.

The four-year tour recently concluded in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, bringing an end to one of the biggest concert runs in modern music. Since launching in July 2022, it has covered 176 shows across 67 cities, 30 countries and five continents. More than nine million tickets were sold worldwide.

The tour maintained its momentum throughout 2026. It generated more than $500 million and sold over three million tickets during the year alone. In July, it also topped Billboard’s monthly Boxscore chart, earning more than $120 million from nearly 900,000 tickets.

The Asian leg played an important role in the final stretch. Originally planned for 11 dates, it expanded to 17 stadium performances because of demand. The run included three nights in Bangkok and four in Hong Kong.

Beyond its commercial success, the tour also made a significant charitable contribution. Live Nation reports that $8.5 million was raised for the XO Humanitarian Fund and Global Citizen. The money supports global hunger relief and education initiatives.

The achievement adds another major milestone to The Weeknd’s career. His ability to draw stadium audiences across different continents has helped establish him as one of the most successful touring artists of his generation.

With the tour now complete, attention turns to what comes next for the Canadian singer. His record-breaking run has set a high standard for future stadium tours and demonstrated the global demand for his music.
