Drake has re-uploaded his FOMO short film to YouTube after temporarily removing the project following its premiere earlier this week. The roughly hour-long film returned to his official channel on Thursday, Sept. 17, giving fans another opportunity to watch the visual project in full.
FOMO, short for “Fear of Missing Out,” premiered Tuesday, Sept. 15, as a self-described “not so short film.” The project combines music videos, unreleased songs, cinematic sequences and footage from Drake’s summer, following the release of his three-album run of ICEMAN, HABIBTI and MAID OF HONOUR in May.

The film features nine previously unreleased tracks and new collaborations with Don Toliver, Yeat and PartyNextDoor. One of the major musical moments is Drake’s interpolation of Ella Langley’s “Choosin’ Texas,” featuring Toliver. Another unreleased collaboration, “Miss My Dawgs,” pairs Drake with Yeat and is scheduled to appear on Yeat’s COCOON EP.
Drake and Toliver also appear together on “Cold Shoulder,” another previously unheard collaboration showcased during the film. The two artists had already fueled anticipation around new music after Drake made a surprise appearance during Toliver’s Toronto concert in August.
PartyNextDoor also appears on an unreleased track, marking another collaboration between the OVO artists following their joint 2025 album $ome $exy $ongs 4 U. The new material is presented throughout FOMO alongside Drake’s previously released music and visual sequences.
The film also includes appearances from Sexyy Red, Stunna Sandy, Drake’s mother Sandra Graham, Kevin Durant, Winnie Harlow, Lena the Plug and other familiar figures. Drake moves through a series of locations and scenarios, with the project incorporating references to different periods of his career and elements of his personal life.
The FOMO premiere also brought an announcement about Drake’s plans to return to touring. The rapper confirmed that he will embark on a world tour in 2027, marking his first North American tour since 2023. Specific dates and venues have not yet been announced.
After the initial premiere, the film was made private on Drake’s YouTube channel, leaving fans to rely on clips and recordings circulating online. Its return on Sept. 17 restores the full project to his channel and comes as the new songs from the film continue to generate attention.
The return of FOMO follows Drake’s May release of ICEMAN, HABIBTI and MAID OF HONOUR, which simultaneously occupied the top three positions on the Billboard 200. The short film now provides a visual presentation for material from those projects while introducing additional collaborations and unreleased music.
