Lily Allen Plugs New ‘West End Girl’ Album by Selling USBs Shaped Like Sex Toy

English singer-songwriter Lily Allen is promoting her new album West End Girl with a novel — and provocative — merchandise drop: butt plug–shaped USB drives.

The limited-edition item features a blue-and-white polka-dot design — referencing the outfit Allen wears on the album’s cover — and contains MP3s of all the tracks from West End Girl. The product description on her website clarifies that the device is “intended for data storage only.”

Allen announced the merch via a post on her Instagram on December 3, captioned “limited merch drop, live now .” The USB drives are available at a price of about £24.99 (or roughly US$33.99 depending on the retailer).

The decision is a direct nod to the explicit content of the song Pussy Palace, which features lyrics referencing sex toys and betrayal in an intimate relationship. Reportedly, the drop has already stirred significant interest among fans, and the butt plug–shaped USB drive has become a talking point in conversations around the album’s release, marketing, and bold aesthetic choice.
