KATSEYE has officially entered its next chapter with the release of WILD, the global girl group’s third EP. Released August 14 through HYBE and Geffen Records, the project introduces a more confident direction for the group while building on the momentum created by their breakout 2025 EP Beautiful Chaos.
The new project arrives as KATSEYE continues expanding beyond the traditional boundaries of K-pop and Western pop. Formed through a partnership between HYBE and Geffen Records, the six-member group brings together members from different cultural backgrounds, creating a distinctly global identity that has become central to its appeal.
WILD continues that evolution with an English-language tracklist built around the group’s increasingly playful and energetic sound. The project includes previously released songs such as “PINKY UP” and “Animal,” while “Hootie Frutti” arrives alongside an official music video that adds another visual dimension to the new era.
The EP also arrives alongside a much larger multimedia push. KATSEYE: WILD HEARTS, the group’s new concert film, is receiving a limited theatrical engagement across more than 60 countries, giving fans a closer look at the members and the relationship they have built with their rapidly expanding global audience.
The release comes just weeks before the group begins its sold-out KATSEYE: THE WILDWORLD arena tour on September 1. The combination of new music, film and live performances positions WILD as more than another release. It represents a broader expansion of KATSEYE’s world and their ambitions as a global pop act.
